Daniel F. Miller, Sr., 58, of Hawk Road, Volney, died Saturday at home. Born in Auburn, he lived in Baldwinsville and Mottville before moving to Volney in 1984. He attended Baldwinsville schools. He retired last year as a forklift operator after 40 years at the P&C Warehouse, Syracuse.

Survivors: His wife of 25 years, the former Patricia J. Kurtnacker; two daughters, Amber L. Schalk of Chittenango and Cynthia M. Peebles of Carthage; a son, Daniel F. Jr. of Sylmar, Calif.; his mother, Eunice A. Miller of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Eunice Rice of Vermont, Patsy Wiatrak of Phoenix, Ariz., and Irene Fauler of Hope Mills, N.C.; a brother, the Rev. David of Tucson, Ariz.; five granddaughters.

Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
