Clive E. Rice, 87, of Tappan Street, Baldwinsville, died Tuesday, August 13, 2002, at Rosewood Heights Health Center. Born in Baldwinsville, he lived there most of his life. He was a draftsman at Gould Pumps in Baldwinsville and had worked at Louis Madden Co. in Syracuse. He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Moose Lodge 644 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 153, all in Baldwinsville. His wife, Virginia E., died in 1990.

Survivors: Two sons, Edward L. and Kenneth H., both of Memphis; three brothers, Carl N. and Leland, both of Baldwinsville, and Nelson L. of North Syracuse; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild.

Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2002, at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2002, at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
