Christine Coates Guild Boyce, 54, of Syracuse and Port St. Lucy, FL passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010, at VanDuyn Home & Hospital following a long struggle with Cushing's Disease. She was a native of Syracuse and moved to Port St. Lucy in the early 1990's, returning to Syracuse last year. Chris was a graduate of Most Holy Rosary High School and Onondaga Community College. She was employed for many years with Walmart in Port St. Lucy.

Chris was pre-deceased by her husband Ronald Boyce, her father Sterling "Bill" Coates and her grandmother "Mom Brock".

Survivors: her mother, Mary Anne Coates of Syracuse; her sister, Peggy Przybycien of Cicero; her brothers, James (Mary) Coates and Dan Coates of Syracuse; 5 nieces and nephews; 5 grandnieces and nephews and many cousins.

Services: 10:00am Monday, April 19, 2010, at Our Lady Of Lourdes Church, Syracuse. Burial in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-7pm Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
