Charlotte R. Hulsaver Cotier, 79, of Christopher Drive, Baldwinsville, died Friday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Ilion, she lived in the Syracuse area for most of her life. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Camillus, Women of Moose Chapter 649, Baldwinsville, Canton Woods Senior Center, Baldwinsville, and Vernice Suttle American Legion Post Auxiliary, Baldwinsville. She was a life member of the Crouse Hospital Auxiliary. Her husband, Robert C., died in 1980.

Survivors: Three daughters, Andrea J. Cotier of Syracuse, Teresa R. Martin of Stratford, Conn., and Lori E. Detran of Baldwinsville; a son, David C. of Syracuse; a sister, MaryEllen Gordon of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren.

Services: 6:30 p.m. today at Falardeau Funeral Home. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
