Charles Rodrigues, 83 of Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully on November 8th. He was born and raised in Syracuse and a graduate of Eastwood High School. He loved traveling and especially spending his winters in Myrtle Beach and Florida. He cherished his summers at Brennan's Beach where he was given the nickname "Moonshine Charlie" for his love of making and sharing his apple pie moonshine! He was an Army Veteran who enjoyed telling stories of his time spent in Sinop, Turkey. He worked for Interstate Flooring for many years.

He was predeceased by his parents: Carlos and Margaret Rodrigues, his wife of 37 years, Patricia Rodrigues, his sisters; Carol Coseo & Shirley Kelly. He is survived by his children; Ed (Patti) Rodrigues, Mimi Keenan, Leigh Buyck, Barb Bocyck & Carrie Martinez. 17 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren. Several nieces & nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Crouse Hospital and his friend, Karen Cali.

Calling hours will be Saturday, November 19th from 10am – 12:30pm at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville, followed by a short Memorial Service at 12:30 pm. Entombment will be private at Woodlawn Mausoleum.
