Charles W. Parks, 76, of Baldwinsville died Friday, January 20, 2006 at St. Josephs Hospital. He was a native and life resident of Baldwinsville. Charles retired in 1992 after 30 years with the Town of VanBuren Highway Department.

Survivors: his wife of 45 years, the former Betty L. Locklin; two daughters, Rosemary (Tim) Focht and JoAnn (Brian) Dowd both of LasVegas; a son, Michael W. (Sheila) Parks of Baldwinsville; three sisters, Joyce (Leon) Tily of Jamesville, Jean (Harold) Longwell of Avoca and Beverly Fairbank of Baldwinsville; a brother, Edward (Jane) Parks of Baldwinsville; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Private burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Warners.
