Charles E. "Chuck" Pickard Jr.

Charles E. "Chuck" Pickard Jr., 80, of Baldwinsville, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Baldwinsville, he was a life resident of the Baldwinsville area. He retired from Anheuser-Busch in Baldwinsville after 20 years and was previously employed with Plainville Turkey Farm.

Chuck was a life member of the Baldwinsville Fire Department, active with the Fire Police, and past president of the Onondaga County Fire Police Association. He enjoyed camping, hunting, and snowmobiling and was a avid bowler and played golf. Chuck was a coach and past president of Pop Warner Football.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ginnie; sons, Steve (Linda) and Dave (Vikki) of Baldwinsville, Rick (Roe) of Liverpool, Randy (Bridgette) and KC of Baldwinsville; brothers, Tom (Phyllis) Pickard of Baldwinsville and Richard "Dick" (Laura) Pickard of Rittman, OH; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, December 7 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home. Services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery, Cato.
