IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charleen "Chi"
D. Gratton
December 22, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Charleen D. Gratton (better known to her friends as Chi) announces the passing of her precious soul from this earth into the arms of Jesus. To all that have known and loved her she will be remembered for her selflessness, love and integrity. The world was a better place with her walking among us.
Charleen owned Country Groomers Dog Salon for over 20 years. She truly loved every minute she spent grooming and caring for each and every one of her dogs.
The other love of Charleen's life was helping those in need, her biggest accomplishment was being an avid supporter of the VFW Post 153. For those who attended one of her amazing veteran Christmas parties through the years can agree the money raised from these gala's was unmatched, just ask her working partners niece and nephew Rick and Liz Benoit, along with her caring friend Kelly Kelly.
Left to miss, honor, and carry on her kindness is her loving family - Devoted husband of over 40 years George Gratton children born from her heart, Donnie (Candy) Spear, David (Lois) Spear, daughter, Leeore (Douglas) Forth; grandchildren, Connie (Brian) Dumas, Donnie (Sarah) Spear, Douglas (Laurie) Spear, Jeremy (Gisela) Spear, Theresa Deyulio, Allison (Kurt) Neidlinger. She was predeceased by granddaughter Ashley Spear. Charleen had numerous great grandchildren who will love and miss her.
By the wishes of Charleen there will be no Services, but feel free to make donations to the SPCA or American Legion, Post 113 in her name.
