Celeste "CC" Ann Ruskowski, 44 of Cortland, passed away unexpectedly, December 19, at Crown Park Nursing Center in Cortland. Born in Syracuse to the late Alan and Johanna Ruskowski, Celeste enjoyed spending time exercising her creative abilities in arts, crafts, and coloring and always loved a good family movie or joining in a sing-along. Throughout her life, CC always kept her faith, and shared her wonderful smile. Surviving are her sisters; Carolena (Robert) Blake of Baldwinsville, and Rosemarie Ruskowski of North Syracuse, Nephew; Robert Blake II, Nieces; Rachel and Cassandra Blake. A Calling hour will be held from 10-11 am Saturday, December 26 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. Due to COVID-19, Funeral services will be private.
