Cecil R. Weller, Sr.,67, of North Syracuse died Monday, December 19, 2005 at his home. He was born in Little Utica and has lived in the Syracuse area many years. Cecil retired after 21 years in the US Navy and then worked for 10 years with Medical Arts Home Care in Syracuse. He was predeceased by a daughter, Leslie L. Kenna in 2004.

Survivors: his wife of 24 years, Arlene; two daughters, Cristine Weller of Syracuse and Vicki Cowles of Mattydale; four sons, Cecil R. Weller, Jr. of Fulton, George A. Weller of Syracuse, Bruce Cowles of England and David Cowles of Syracuse; two brothers, Raymond Weller and Carl Weller both of Fulton; 19 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
