Carolyn E. Borrow, 101, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012. Mrs. Borrow was born May 25, 1911. She married Joseph M. Borrow, a New Rochelle police officer, on October 24, 1931, and were blessed with five children: Marilyn Durham, Joan Perkins, Catherine Barnell, Margaret Dunham and Joseph Borrow Jr, 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grand-children and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Borrow worked for over 25 years at E.W. Edwards Dept. Store in Syracuse until it closed and she spent many years as an election inspector for the Democratic Party. She was a member of the Home Bureau of Cold Springs and a volunteer for Syracuse Home. Mrs. Borrow was predeceased by her husband in 1980 and her daughter Marilyn Durham.

Calling hours will be 12-2pm Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street, Baldwinsville. Services at 2:00pm following the calling hours. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
