Bruce E. Kane, 72, of Liverpool passed away Thursday at Elderwood at Liverpool after a long illness.  He retired after 40 years as a salesman for numerous steel companies around Central New York where he made many friends.

Bruce loved his Notre Dame Football, the New York Mets, Green Bay Packers, and Syracuse sports.  An avid golfer, he loved playing with his buddies and then socializing afterward.  He was president of the Syracuse Adelphi Club for many years and managed the club through many changes.

Bruce is survived by his wife of 26 years, Denise; sisters, Beth and Martha; brothers, Paul and Brad; stepson, Travis; and many nieces and nephews.

Bruce will be truly missed by many.
