Brother William Kevin O´Brien, 74, of Syracuse died Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at Rosewood Heights Health Center, Syracuse. He was born in Baldwinsville and was a graduate of the Baldwinsville Academy. He attended the State University of Fredonia where he majored in music; he also studied the organ at Syracuse University. He was a Carmelite Brother for 50 years and an accomplished organist and choir director. He spent 24 years of his ministry in the Pittsburg area until his retirement in Darien, ILL.

Survivors: Sister Michael Marie O'Brien of the Sisters of St. Francis, Michael Francis (Angela) O'Brien of York, PA; Donna O'Brien and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:00am Saturday, October 15, 2005 at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. There will be no calling hours. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
