Brandi M. Woods, 15, of Memphis died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at Auburn Memorial Hospital. She was born in Syracuse and lived most of her life in Baldwinsville before moving to Memphis in 2002. Brandi was an 8th grade student at Jordan-Elbridge Middle School and was a member of the Girl Scouts Troop 745.

Survivors: her mother and step-father, Melissa A. and Joseph Lounsbery of Memphis; her father, Jody L. Woods of Phoenix; her sister, Liza E. Lounsbery of Memphis; her maternal grandparents, Catherine and Ralph Walker of Syracuse; her paternal grandmother, Patricia Woods of VanBuren; several aunts, uncles & cousins.

Services: 9:00am Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at the Word of Life Assembly of God, Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
