Betty Scott Ursell, 94, passed away comfortably in her sleep at the Francis House in Syracuse on November 15, 2008 after losing her fight with leukemia. She was born in Ticonderoga, NY and was brought up in Hague, NY on Lake George and dearly loved the lake and the Adirondacks all of her life. She worked for the Baldwinsville School System and the Baldwinsville Public Library for a total of 51 years. She last worked in October of this year for the Public Library which was like a second home to her for the last 28 years surrounded by her many friends at the library. She will be greatly missed by her coworkers and many close friends.

She is survived by her two sons, Timothy and his wife, Eva and Jeffrey and his wife, Jan. Additionally, she is survived by her sister, Julia and five grandchildren, Brennan, Brittney, Tristan, Darby and Elisabeth.
