Barbara H. Dix Pettitt, 65, of Baldwinsville died Sunday, May 8, 2005 at her home. She was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of Valley High School. Barbara lived with her husband, Harry, in Fairmount from 1960 until she moved to Baldwinsville in 1975. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Baldwinsville and a member of the Fairmount Fire Dept. Ladies Auxillary.

Survivors: her husband of 46 years, Harry V. Pettitt; a daughter, Linda (Donald) Arnow of Daytona, FL; three sons, Michael (Mary) of Virginia Beach, VA, Christopher (Mary Erin) of Jordan and Harry "Chip" (Michelle) of Baldwinsville; eleven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 9:30am Friday, May 13, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 10:00am in St. Mary's Church. Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
