Barbara J. Bury passed away peacefully July 30, 2026.

Barbara was a member of the Liverpool Elks Lodge and retired from the Onondaga County Parks in Liverpool as a payroll clerk, where she made many friends and was well respected in her role. She loved having friends and family sit around her table sharing good food, great laughs and special memories.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Joseph Bury Jr., and her children, Kristine (Charles) Ridler, Thomas (Nancy) Gunn, Robin (Michael) Carter, and Joseph (Jona) Bury. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 of her favorite dogs.

A public visitation will be held at Falardeau Funeral Home on August 6, at 5:00 to 7:00 PM, followed by a Mass at St. Mary of the Assumption Church on August 7 at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place following the funeral at St. Mary's cemetery on Tappan Street in Baldwinsville.
