Anne M. Blair, 82, passed away Thursday at St. Luke's Health Center. She was born in Rensselaer to Anthony and Alice Meitch and lived in the area most of her life. She was a caregiver for Syracuse Developmental Health Center for 10 years. She enjoyed watching SU sports and watching wildlife in her back yard. However, she treasured the time spent with her family the most.
Anne is predeceased by her parents, and husbands, Dennis Merryweather and Douglas Blair.
Anne is survived by her children, Nancy (David) Claus, Sharon (Jeffrey) Crandell, Susan (David) Lamb, and Dennis (Kathryn) Merryweather; siblings George Meitch and Eleanor Tyler; best friend and cousin, Bev Testa; and 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am Monday, March 2 at St. Augustine's Church, 7333 O'Brien Rd, Baldwinsville. Spring burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
