Anna "Nancy" Pirong, 79, of Baldwinsville died Thursday, February 1, 2007 at St. Josephs Hospital, Syracuse. She was born in Rochester and has resided in Baldwinsville for 52 years. During these years she was very active in community volunteer groups as well as being involved in church related activities and programs. She has over 3000 volunteer hours at Beaver Lake Nature Center and was a volunteer for the Red Cross Blood Mobile for many years. Nancy was a loving and much loved wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed greatly by everyone she touched. She was pre-deceased by her son David Pirong in 1984.

Survivors: her husband of 60 years, Richard H.; two daughters, Audrey (Larry) Jones of Phoenix, AZ and Beth (John) McLaughlin of Bridgeport; a son, James (Debbie) of Phoenix, AZ; 2 grandchildren, Lynette Pirong-Hayford and Randy Perrin, Jr.; one great grandson, Gage Hayford; and several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00am Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Monday, February 5, 2007 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
