Anna B. Chesbro, 93, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully at Morning Star Nursing Home in Oswego, NY on May 31st, 2025.  Anna was born in Syracuse on September 14th, 1931 to John and Catherine Chlebanowski. She was a medical transcriptionist for many years. She married Norman Chesbro on October 30th, 1965 and had a son, Dana Chesbro.

Anna enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bingo, and traveling. She loved animals especially her cats.

She was predeceased by her husband Norman of 39 years in 2004; siblings John, Joseph, Anthony, Frank, Jane, and Virginia; stepdaughters, Patricia (Chesbro) Smith and Karen (Chesbro) Landy; and grandson, Jamie Kersey.

Surviving are her son Dana (Tracey) of Baldwinsville; step-daughter, Kathleen (Gary) Johnson of West Monroe; and sister, Genevieve Grevelding of E. Syracuse; seven grandchildren, Thomas, Diona, Lesley, Aaron, Derrick, Brandon, and Austin; great granddaughter Gianna; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 4, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Falardeau Funeral Home.  A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.

The family would like to thank Sherri, Laurie, Kathy, and the rest of Morning Star Nursing Home's staff for their care.

Anna will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Mausoleum in Dewitt.
