Andrew Petro, 83, of Liverpool died Friday at Community General Hospital. Born in Clairton, Pa., he lived in Washington, D.C., before moving to Liverpool in 1980. He retired in 1980 as a security guard with the State Department in Washington. He was a member of King of Kings Lutheran Church, Clay. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
