Alonzo B. "Lonnie" Luke, 83, of Baldwinsville died Sunday, August 24, 2003 with his family by his side at home. He owned and operated his own farm since the age of 19 and also worked for the Onondaga County Highway Department for 27 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of the CSEA and also a communicant and usher at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Marie F. Luke, who passed away on January 30, 1963.

Survivors: 2 daughters, Frances A. Marks and Kathleen M. Wafful, both of Baldwinsville; 2 sons, Charles J. Luke of Baldwinsville and Bernard W. Luke of Cato; one sister, Catherine I. Jetty of Baldwinsville; 6 grandchildren, James C. Luke, Jennifer L. Luke, Edward J. Marks, Daniel P. Marks, Kaitlyn M. Wafful and James L. Wafful; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 8:30am Thursday, August 28, 2003 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 9:00am at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9pm at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
