Alice M. LaFrance Goldthwait, 84, of Baldwinsville died Friday, May 27, 2005 at Syracuse Home Association She was born in Ontario, Canada and lived in the Syracuse area most of her life. Alice was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. She was predeceased by her husband Murton L. in 1985 and a daughter, Mary Alice Nelson in 1995.

Survivors: a daughter, Joyce Nelson of Central Square; six sons, Murton "Butch" (Zoe) of Memphis, Leon W. (Elaine) of Baldwinsville, David D. of Fulton, Paul (R. (Bobbie) of Cicero, Steven A. of Baldwinsville and Edward P. (Annie) of Hannibal; a sister, Zinnia (Robert) Skinner of Cato; 27 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 8:30am Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 9:00am in St. Mary's Church. Burial in Belle Isle Cemetery. Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
