Alfred L. Brandt, Jr., 72, of Seneca Knolls died Monday, February 9, 2004 at University Hospital. He was born in Ithaca and lived in Senca Knolls the past 43 years. Alfred was a retired sales representative for National Biscuit Co. He was a communicant of St. Augustine's Church. Mr. Brandt was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of DAV's Commanders Club. He was a Korean War Veteran Association Bronze Leader. Al was a member of LOOM Lodge #644 and a member of the NRA.

Survivors: his wife of 48 years, the former Dorothy McCarrick; three daughters, Lillian Brandt of Oswego, Doreen Smith of Knoxville, TN, Nancy Blaisdell of Irmo, SC; a son, Alfred L., III of Fairport; two sisters, Theresa Hohl of Georgia and Lynetta Kornacki of No. Tonawanda; a brother, Richard of Wolcott; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services: 8:15am Saturday, February 14, 2004 at Falardeau Funeral Home and 9:00am In St. Augustine's Church. Burial, Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.. Calling hours are 2-4 & 7-9pm Friday, February 13, 2004 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street .
