A. Joan Waters Davison, 79, of Baldwinsville passed away peacefully at home with her family on Sunday, August 20, 2006. She was born in Carroll, Iowa and had lived in the Camillus/Baldwinsville area since 1969. Joan graduated from high school in Sioux City in 1944. She went into nurses training at Methodist Hospital in Sioux City and graduated from there September 14, 1947, the same day that she was married to Joseph M. Davison. She was an active and devoted member of the Baldwinsville First Presbyterian Church. Joan was a charter member and past president of Chapter BT, P.E.O. Sisterhood. She was also active in several civic organizations in Baldwinsville.

Survivors: her daughter, Barbara Davison (Paul) Hunt of Baldwinsville; her son, Scott (Nicki) Davison of Coto De Caza, CA; her sister, Jean Hardie of Spirit Lake, IA; two sisters-in-law, Beth Davison Sorensen of Milwaukee, WI and Janice Davison of Morro Bay, CA; many special nieces and nephews.

Services: 11:00 am Saturday, August 26, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 6-8pm Friday, August 25, 2006 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
